Cleaning Concierge is a NYC based full-service cleaning company whose owners have decades of experience in both residential and commercial real estate management and property maintenance.

We offer both residential as well as commercial cleaning services. Residential services include standard and deep cleans, as well as Airbnb turnovers. We also offer laundry services for tenants with in-unit washer/dryers. For our commercial clients we handle office cleanings, retail cleanings, as well as post construction cleanings.

Our residential cleanings focus on Brooklyn, Manhattan as well as some parts of Queens and the Bronx. Please make sure to provide your zip code in the booking form to confirm we service your area! For commercial cleanings we cover most of the NY/NJ metro area.

Our company is fully insured. All of our cleaners are trained to deliver superior service and be a reliable partner in caring for your home and properties. In the unlikely event that something happens please notify us within 24 hours of when the appointment is completed.

BOOKING

We sure do! Cleaning Concierge provides an easy, 100% cashless and seamless way to book, schedule, and manage all your current and future cleaning appointments online directly through the website.

To schedule an appointment, all you have to do is follow the instructions on the online booking form. Fill out some details about what you need, pick a date/time and wait for a confirmation to arrive. It’s that easy!

You must enter a zip code in order for us to determine pricing and cleaner availability for your area.

You will get confirmation for your appointment either via email or sms as soon as one of our cleaners are assigned to your job.

That’s entirely up to you. When making a booking, you'll be asked to provide us entry instructions. If you won’t be around, you can always leave they key with a doorman, hide it somewhere, or put it in a lockbox.

We send reminder emails about upcoming appointments both the day prior to the appointment as well as when we’re on our way to you. However if for any reason the cleaner can't get in the space or if you aren't home when you said you would be, you'll be charged a cancellation fee of $50.

BILLING

At Cleaning Concierge we offer customers a seamless credit card experience through our website. Simply enter your card number and submit. We will send you an automatic email receipt upon completion.

Your credit card will be charged at 12 AM, on the day after your appointment takes place. You will receive an automated email with the transaction summary to notify you when and how much your card was charged.

A hold will be placed on your card the day before the booking to make sure everything is ok. The actual charge however won’t be made until AFTER the cleaning is done. If there are any issues with the card you will receive an automated email letting you know.

When booking for the first time online you will be prompted to set up an account where you can login and modify your bookings at any time. Please note, to avoid a $50 rescheduling fee you will need to reschedule before 5 PM ET. the day before an appointment.

We assess a $50 cancellation fee to appointments not canceled by 5 PM ET the day before the appointment.

Tipping is optional and not expected. If you’d like to tip, simply insert the tip amount into the booking form.

100% of all tips go to the cleaners.

To switch your billing information or to update your service to a new address, simply log into your account using your email and password and edit your customer information.

CLEANING

Our cleaning staff is available to clean day and night, depending on your preference. For commercial spaces, many customers give us a key for after-hours cleaning, so we can clean without disrupting their work.

We provide all equipment required for cleaning your apartment. We are happy to use any specific product provided by you so long as it’s left out for our cleaning staff accompanied with directions on how and where to use them.

Yes, special instructions can be left for the cleaning professional when you schedule your appointment online. There is a space on the booking form to insert any special requests to your cleaner.
